These terms cover booking with THEVA Thai Massage, our text messages, and this website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we look after your information.

Text messages

THEVA Thai Massage booking texts. When you agree to receive texts, by ticking the text box when you book online, by asking us to text you when you call, or by texting us first, THEVA Thai Massage sends you messages about your booking: holds and deposit payment links, health questions before your visit, visit details, follow ups after a health review, gift card links you ask for, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies with your booking.

Reply HELP for help, or call (365) 389-2888 or email [email protected].
Reply STOP at any time to stop. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to join again.
You must be 18 or older to sign up for THEVA texts. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Bookings and deposits

A booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. Your deposit counts toward your visit. With 24 hours notice or more, it stays as credit. With under 24 hours notice, or if you do not come, it is kept. If you arrive late, your session still ends at the booked time.

Your health

Please tell us about pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, blood pressure or any health condition when you book. We check your blood pressure before every session. For your safety, we may adjust or decline a session.

Gift cards

Gift cards are sold and managed through Square and follow Square’s gift card terms.

This website

We keep the information on this website accurate and current, but prices, sessions and times may change. Bookings are confirmed by us, not by the website alone.
